All prices include Swedish VAT. Local VAT and customs duties in customer country may be added (not applicable in the EU). It falls on customer’s responsibility to seek out information regarding prevailing import restrictions.
Freight charges and shown immediately in the shopping-cart. Delivery will be made to the address specified by buyer. It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the supplied address at the time of the order is correct.

Customer, being a consumer, has the right to cancel purchase within 14 days from reception of merchandise, under the condition that the product received still is in a essentially unchanged state. Accordingly, the customer cancels the agreement by returning the product, or notifying Flowin AB in the matter, within the specified period of time. Return of merchandise is made at customer’s own expense, and the product must be returned according to conventional safety precautions.
For consumer purchases, the Swedish Consumer Protection Act – Distance Contracts and Doorstep Sales Contracts and the Consumer Sales Act are applicable.
The distance agreement between Flowin AB and customer is governed by Swedish legislation.
